A fast-growing technology company that specialises in providing software to the logistics sector is celebrating after being named as an outstanding employer by the UK’s leading evaluator of employer cultures.
Wise, a technology firm that has created a platform to help logistics companies engage their self-employed workforce, recently undertook a rigorous testing process and staff satisfaction survey in collaboration with Great Place To Work™.
The Wise platform is currently used by over 250 logistics firms to help engage their self-employed subcontractor workforce across a variety of areas including: recruitment, onboarding, finance and importantly, compliance.
Following this staff satisfaction survey, the Solihull-based firm was awarded Great Place To Work™ certification, with an overall staff satisfaction level of 89%. This news comes as the technology company has, earlier this September, moved into a brand new large office space in Solihull town centre, bringing together the entire workforce.
