Leading global consultancy partnership Kearney has today announced Oliver Dudok van Heel, former Head of Client Sustainability and Environment at Freshfields, as Global Sustainability Director.
As part of the Sustainability Team at Kearney, Oliver will support global businesses on embedding sustainability throughout their organisations and identifying how the transition to a sustainable future can drive value. He will support Kearney’s clients in making sustainability action a core part of daily operations. Oliver’s work will support clients in the corporate and private equity sector, whilst also helping to develop Kearney’s value proposition and capabilities.
While working at Freshfields, Oliver led the development of market leading ESG offerings, including leading the New York Circular City initiative which brought together over 20 of the leaders of the city and its businesses to encourage the transition to the circular economy.
Oliver’s appointment highlights the expansion of the Kearney Sustainability Team, adding to the existing expertise in sustainable supply chains and procurement, the circular economy, and the transition as a business imperative.
