UK-based Duraproducts has launched a brand-new website as it ramps up activity in order to meet its ambitious target of being one of the world’s leading sustainable construction innovators.
In addition to a revamped look and feel, the website structure has been completely overhauled. It now features detailed sections dedicated to each of the company’s pioneering products; Durakerb, Durachannel, Duradrain 60000, Duradrain 70000 and Duradrain shallow profile. All products are manufactured using high recycled plastic content, have low carbon outputs and help to reduce and offset environmental impacts within the construction industry.
The new website has been further invigorated by a recently developed suite of literature which features detailed product specifications about Duraproducts’ range of sustainable kerb and linear surface drainage solutions. The newly designed, downloadable brochures also include broader information about the company itself including its goals, values, and history, offering all visitors an insight into the company’s ethos.
Promoting its environmental credentials and commitment to sustainable construction is key for Duraproducts so to demonstrate this, the company’s new website also features downloadable Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for all its products. EPDs are standardised documents which communicate the environmental performance or impact of any product or material using lifecycle analysis. They support carbon emission reduction by providing a quantitative basis for the comparison of products and services of different materials, enabling the construction industry to move closer to a carbon net-zero future.
Andy Leah, Technical Manager at Duraproducts, commented: “We are delighted to unveil our new website which features a refreshed, contemporary look and feel consistent with our approach to business. It has been a while in development, but we felt it was important to align the website with our new corporate branding to ensure our identity is consistent with our position as a leading sustainable construction innovator. It’s been great to play a key role in updating the website, from communicating the extensive benefits of our products to outlining our commitment to the environment, and we are really looking forward to seeing how it is received among existing and prospective customers, suppliers and all stakeholders”.
The launch of the new website follows the recent introduction of a number of new products including Durachannel 160, a new low-profile, low-cost eco-friendly unit which has been designed to suit mainstream applications such as forecourts, carparks, highways and any surface or structure requiring efficient linear drainage.
