Having held several senior roles throughout his career Mike has worked with AIM Professional Systems, a supplier of software solutions to the legal profession and Guardian iT, a provider of business continuity solutions in which during his tenure he played a pivotal role in taking the company from a small business to a successful stock market listing.
Extensive industry experience also encompasses forklifts, warehousing and Translift, a company known for its innovative forklift designs, and Lenorwain, a business closely associated with Translift.
His thoughts on joining the business Mike commented: “Rack Collapse Prevention and its innovative racking safety solutions are essential tools in enhancing warehouse safety and business continuity and I believe that all supply chain stakeholders, from warehouse owners to forklift drivers, can greatly benefit.”
Rack Collapse Prevention offers one of the most advanced and effective racking safety solutions, known for flexibility, durability, and performance.
Their latest innovation, the Spy Rack monitoring system, uses 24/7 laser monitoring to detect movement and impacts, sending real-time alerts via an app. It records impact data, helping warehouse teams identify weak spots and high-risk areas for quick corrective action.
Added Mike: “Looking ahead, I aim to contribute to the company's growth and continued success by expanding relationships and engaging with the wider industry. Safety remains a priority for all warehouse operators, and even the best well-constructed warehouse racking systems can experience incidents."
Rack Collapse Prevention Managing Director Craig Attwell commented: “I’m thrilled to welcome Mike to the team. His extensive experience and proven track record will support us as we drive the business forward and achieve our strategic goals."
