These are analysed by the customer team, and the results are collated and shared on site specific ‘Voice of the Customer’ dashboards twice weekly with operational colleagues. Any negative feedback is expedited for investigation with the aim of understanding the reason for the review, and where possible to convert the customers experience to a positive one.
