Whistl, the UKs leading logistics specialists in e-fulfilment, mail and parcels, is relocating its Gateshead based Contact Centre Solutions team to The Bulrushes in Boldon Business Park, Bolden.
The move to the purpose-built facility will enable Whistl to expand its Contact Centre Solutions services offer to customers to meet future demand.
Whistl Contact Centres Solutions operates from two locations based in the North East and South West of the UK. Currently, it has an overall 500-seat capacity.
The company offers outsourced customer services to customers with inbound and outbound support through channels like phone, email, social media, and live chat.
Its customer base is broad, ranging from care homes, financial assistance providers, retail brands and entertainment venues with companies including Cocoa Runners, J Parkers, Sarah Raven, RSPCA, and the Museum Collection.
The team won the UK Contact Centre Forum award last year for its ability to enhance consumer experience and support business growth by acting as an extension of its clients' teams.
